Order Process 

 

What Happens After I Submit My Order? 

Once an order has been submitted, the first step is the credit card authorization (please see below). Any “made to order’ items begin to go through production and for any other items with sizing requests or customizations, those processes begin. Once production is complete, your piece will go through quality control to ensure it meets our standards. Your piece will be packaged in ATOMIC DIAMONDS signature packaging and will be shipped out accordingly.   

 

How about Credit Card Authorization? 

Typically, processes in 7 days or less.   

During this period, a credit card capture is issued for funds to be retrieved. We partner with Shopify and process through their platform, so we recommend visiting their privacy policy for the most up-to-date information on this.  

 

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order? 

We strive to efficiently balance speed and quality. 

Should you need something sooner than anticipated below, please email us beforehand. If purchased already, please email us at AtomicDiamondClub@gmail.com with your order number.  

 

ATOMIC DIAMONDS, Made to Order Pieces

      • Made to Order pieces are expected to ship within 2-3 weeks of order. Once order and payment has been received, production begins. Depending on complexity and/or special requests, production may take slightly longer. Please reach out regarding any concerns. 

Hand-Picked Treasures

      • If no sizing or customizations are needed, these will ship within 3 business days of order being processed.  
      • If sizing or customizations are needed, please add another 2-5 days minimum.  

Custom Projects 

      • Custom Projects such as engagement rings, custom pendants, heirloom restoration/repurposing, etc. will take a minimum of two weeks.  
      • Typical processing time for these types of projects are 2-4 weeks depending on complexity and availability of materials requested.  

 

 

 

Return Policy  

Many of our items have a custom aspect, are made to order, or specially sized to order.  

For any items that fall under those categories, we unfortunately cannot accept return.  

It is our goal and pleasure to ensure you have the best experience with us, so if you are truly unhappy with an item received, please email us immediately at AtomicDiamondClub@gmail.com.  

We will do our best to accommodate a solution for you to ensure your satisfaction.

      • Made to Order items are not returnable

 

Hand-Picked Treasures

      • If no sizing or customizations are done, we are happy to accept a return – you must initiate within 10 days of receiving the order by emailing us (AtomicDiamondClub@gmail.com). Buyer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us with insured shipping, in original, unaltered condition. Any items received back that are not in original condition will only be sent back to buyer once shipping is paid, and no refund will be issued. Below you can find our return form that must be completed and submitted with your email: 
              • Full Name
              • Address
              • Order Number
              • Reason for return
      • Any Hand-Picked Treasures which have been sized or altered cannot be accepted for return. 

 

Custom Projects 

      • Custom Projects such as engagement rings, custom pendants, heirloom restoration/repurposing, etc. are non-returnable. 

 

 

FORCE MAJEURE 

No party shall be liable or responsible to the other party, nor be deemed to have defaulted under or breached this Agreement, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement (except for any obligations to make payments to the other party hereunder), when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts beyond the impacted party's ("Impacted Party") control, including, but not limited to, the following force majeure events ("Force Majeure Events"): (a) acts of God; (b) a natural disaster (fires, explosions, lockdowns, blackouts, earthquakes, hurricanes, flooding, storms, explosions, infestations), epidemic, or pandemic; (c) war, invasion, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest; (d) government order or law; (e) actions, embargoes or blockades in effect on or after the date of this Agreement; (f) action by any governmental authority; (g) national or regional emergency; (h) strikes, labor stoppages or slowdowns or other industrial disturbances; (i) shortage of adequate power or transportation facilities, and (j) economic disaster, hyperinflation, dollar devaluation and stock market collaps . The Impacted Party shall give Notice within 15 days of the Force Majeure Event to the other party, stating the period of time the occurrence is expected to continue. The Impacted Party shall use diligent efforts to end the failure or delay and ensure the effects of such Force Majeure Event are minimized. The Impacted Party shall resume the performance of its obligations as soon as reasonably practicable after the removal of the cause. In the event that the Impacted Party's failure or delay remains uncured for a period of 15 days following Notice given by it, the other party may thereafter terminate this Agreement upon Notice.
